I grew up in the 70’s and our family home was awash with colour and so I designed this fabric with the colours of my childhood in mind.
This rounded rectangular lampshade has been printed by myself in my studio in Mid-Devon with hand blended pigment inks. I have used my hand cut stencils combined with photographic detail screens to create these one off shades. Each shade will have the same colours and shapes but in different configurations.
The wooden base has been to cut to the same size as the shade and I have raides the shade off of the base slightly to allow light to come under the shade.
The lamp fits nicely on a narrow table as well as a centre piece to a larger table.
The lamp comes with the plug and rocker switch attached and is PAT tested before collection
30cm wide, 15cm deep and 30cm high including base.
