Payment and Shipping

PAYMENT

We accept payment through Paypal, which is easy and safe to use and you don't even need to have a Paypal account to use it. This method assures you of security and confidentiality.  PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours

If you prefer to pay by cheque please contact Esme via the 'Contact' page and we will send you further information.

SHIPPING

All goods are sent out using Royal Mail first class post or UK Parcel Force.

Delivery costs will be added at the 'Checkout' and will appear on your order.

If you would like an item shipped outside the U.K please contact Esme via the 'Contact' page and you will be advised of the shipping costs. All duty and taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country must be paid by the purchaser.

Privacy

On our site cookies are used

• To provide visitor tracking and analysis using Google Analytics - these cookies expire in 6-12 months.
• To store login information so that your details are available for order details
• To implement a shopping basket system so that you can order multiple items before paying.

The last two items use session cookies which expire when you logout or close your browser session.
In terms of personal information that you store on the site, it is only name, address and email information which is used for processing orders and saving information so that it does not need to be reentered if the customer wishes to place another order at a later date. Details of previous orders are also stored. No credit card information is stored on the site as this is handled exclusively by our Payment Gateway Partner: Paypal.

Problems?

DAMAGE AND LOSS IN TRANSIT

We hope that you will be very happy with the goods you receive. Occasionally, unfortunately, things do get damaged or lost in transit. If your order turns up damaged please retain all relevant documentation, try and photograph any damage to the parcel and goods and contact us as soon as possible, so that we can arrange replacement goods. Please do NOT return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.

RETURNS

If you decide that you would like to return your order for any reason within 7 days we will be happy to refund the value of the goods using the same method as the original payment. You will, however, need to pay for the return postage.
